BrainTest® is a scientifically validated application designed to detect cognitive changes associated with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Mild Cognitive Impairment. The scientific foundation of BrainTest® is built upon the Self-administered Gerocognitive Examination (SAGE), which was developed by Dr. Douglas Scharre, a Professor of Clinical Neurology and Psychiatry at The Ohio State University. When using BrainTest® on an Apple device, it's important to note specific terms and conditions regarding in-app purchases, subscription plans, and billing cycles. The application is free to install and use but requires an internet connection. Certain features within BrainTest® can only be accessed through a purchased Scoring Plan.
